π¨ Offer Ending Soon: $1,000+ Welcome Bonus
A few weeks ago, I mentioned that the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card is offering a welcome bonus of up to $1,050 in Chase Travelβ value, but this generous offer is ending soon. You can earn 60k bonus points (worth $750 when redeemed via Chase Travelβ ) after a $4k spend in 3 months plus get up to $300 on Chase Travelβ purchases in 1 year. It’s one of my favorite travel cards due to its low annual fee and great earning rates on travel and dining.
π€ Extra 2% on BoA Cards on 11/7
The βMore Rewards Day promoβ gives Bank of America credit cardholders an extra 2% back on the first $2,500 of spend on 11/7 (so $50 in value). If you have Platinum Honors, this will stack for a total reward of 4.625% - 5.5% back on many BoA cards.
π« New US Airline Refund Rules
As of 10/28, the Department of Transportation’s βnew airline refund rulesβ kick in, requiring automatic refunds for flights canceled or delayed over three hours domestically (and six hours internationally). Also, you're now eligible for refunds if checked bags are significantly delayed or if you pay for services like Wi-Fi or seat selection but don't receive them.
π€ More Airlines Eligible for JetBlue Status Match
In August, JetBlue launched a βstatus match programβ for elite members of American, Alaska, Delta, and United, and is now extending it to Southwest, Spirit, and Frontier elites. You can match your current status to Mosaic 1 or 2, with opportunities to extend or upgrade by earning "tiles" (JetBlue's elite status units). Keep in mind that if you use this offer, you won’t be eligible for another status match for 24 months.

πΈ Kudos: Earn Up To 25% Cash Back + $20
Kudos is an app/browser extension that boosts your credit card rewards and is offering βup to 25% backβ at stores like Expedia, Stubhub and Adidas through 11/30. The main catch is that they're offering a multiplier on your existing credit card earning, so there's a bit more nuance on how it works over a traditional cashback portal, but I'm trying to dig in more, because I *think* there might be an opportunity to earn more. Here's my βreferral linkβ (or code CHRISHUTCHINS) for a $20 bonus.
π $500 Southwest Gift Cards for $429.99 (14% Off)
Until 11/4, you can get $500 Southwest gift cards (that never expire) for $429.99 at βCostcoβ or βSam’s Clubβ. This price happens somewhat regularly, but if you fly Southwest at all, it's a great deal. This is 20% less than the regular discount and there's a limit of 5 per member (but if you have a membership at both stores, you could pick up more!) Plus, if you don’t have a Costco membership, Groupon is offering a β$45 digital Costco gift cardβ with new memberships until 12/22.
π New Lyft x DoorDash Perks
Lyft and DoorDash have teamed up to βoffer perksβ where DashPass members get 5% off on-demand Lyft rides, 10% off scheduled airport rides (up to 4/month), and 2 free Priority Pickup upgrades. New Lyft users can enjoy a 3-month free DashPass trial. Additionally, if you βlink accountsβ by 12/31, you can get 50% off up to 4 scheduled airport rides (up to $25 each) and 50% off one DoorDash order (up to $10).
P.S. You can get a free DashPass with βthese popular credit cardsββ.
π§Ύ Deal Update: 50% Off Kick Bookkeeping
A few weeks ago, I mentioned that I migrated from Quickbooks to βKickβ, an awesome AI-driven bookkeeping software that I'm really enjoying. Well, I met the Kick founder at FinCon last week and was able to get a β50% discountβ for all subscribers (e.g. you!).

πΊ Show Recommendation: Shrinking
I'm not sure what category to put Apple TV+'s βShrinkingβ into, but I've really been enjoying it. It's a comedy where Jason Segel and Harrison Ford play therapists and coworkers. It's free on βApple TV+β.
